What we do and do not do
- We publish general information and comparison tables about New Zealand bonds and term deposits.
- We do not provide financial advice or personalised recommendations.
- We are not a product issuer, bank, broker, or licensed financial advice provider.
- We do not accept money from investors and never ask you to transfer funds to us.
- We cannot process an application; any application is made directly with the relevant licensed firm.
How we are funded
Our service is free to you. We may receive a referral fee or advertising fee from financial service providers when we pass on an enquiry you have asked us to send. This may influence which products are shown as featured, and our comparison tables do not cover every product available in New Zealand.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, email complaints@comparebonds.co.nz and we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days. Complaints about a licensed financial service provider should be raised with that firm and its approved dispute resolution scheme.
Scam warning
We will never phone you to demand an immediate investment, ask for your online banking password, or ask you to deposit money into a personal account. Check any firm on the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register before investing.
